Yes, your ticket needs to match your ID. If you’re buying off someone else, make sure it’s transferred properly.
Humanitix is our official Ticket & Resale provider. DO NOT exchange funds for Tickets elsewhere as official name changes will not have taken place, and Tickets are checked against IDs when entering the festival. Don’t get left out of pocket and without a valid Ticket. Scamming has increased significantly online.

Access to digital tickets will be issued closer to the event.
You will be sent your ticket via email before the event – your confirmation email isn’t a ticket itself.
Tickets stays hidden to avoid fraudulent resales occuring, protecting all buyers.
Yes. Campers are welcome to leave the festival grounds during the day to enjoy the beaches and local activities, but must return before gates close (time TBC).
If you leave the grounds after this time, you won’t be able to re-enter the festival. This includes returning to the car park.
This applies to both campers and non-campers.
We’re tucked away in a pristine paddock near Leigh, 15 minutes out of Matakana.
Yes! We are running buses and shuttles to and from the site – see our ticket page here to see all the available options.
Buses depart from Auckland CBD to the site on the 29th December, and back to Auckland CBD from the site on 1st January.
Shuttles run on the 29th, 30th & 31st December, departing from Leigh, Omaha & Matakana between 1pm – 5pm, and heading back from 11pm – 3am. You can select your preferred departure time and location for shuttles at checkout.
If you wish to stay overnight on-site in our general camping area you must purchase a camping ticket.
All packages include mattresses, sheets, duvet, pillows, internal lighting you can switch on and off from inside the tent, camping chairs, carpets, a small table, bin, and other comforting goods.
Choose between 2-person, 3-person & 8-person (!!) bell tent setups.
Bed setups can be chosen between combinations of double and single bed arrangement – pick this in your checkout questions when you place your order.
Glampers will enjoy a private campground, across the road from the main festival grounds. The Glampground includes premium showers and toilets.

Super close walking access to the stages, food vendors, market stalls and the bars (only 5 minutes of walking will take you from far end of the arena to far end of the campground!).
