Market Stall Vendors
Last year, we had a humble handful of amazing stalls. This year, we want to open the floor to the public!
The beating heart of Matakanarama is community and creativity. Our aim is to give Kiwi businesses and up-and-coming vendors a platform to showcase their talent and mahi. If you believe your stall would add to the festival atmosphere, whether that be through products, an experience, art or anything in between, we'd love to hear from you!

Food Stall Vendors
Food is such a big part of any festival, and Matakanarama is no different. We’re looking for vendors that bring good food, good energy, and help add to the overall atmosphere of the festival!
So, if you want to put Matakanarama festival goers onto something tasty we would love to hear from you!
You will need to provide your own payment / POS system & Stall cover + Equipment
Also note there will be a $$ fee for participating - we will work with you on this based on your situation :)
Festival details:
Pack in date: 27th December 2025.
Pack out date: 1st January 2026.
Applications close on November 7th
Successful applicants notified by November 14th.
